Here on the farm, our herd of pigs are our pets before being breeding animals and their welfare is our number one priority. We pride ourselves on our knowledge and experience and each piglet born here is handled and socialised from birth. This ensures our pigs go to their new homes confident, happy and friendly - in short - perfect companions!
All new homes are vetted and we offer support for the lifetime of every piglet born here. Honesty and transparency is important to us and we encourage visitors to meet us and our pigs. It is important to ensure they are as suited to pet pigs as our pigs are to them!
Improving the quality of pet pigs in the UK is one of our goals. We measure all of our pigs through growth to maturity (see our size page) and keep stringent records of health, temperament and lineage. Pigs added to our breeding program are sourced from the best lines possible and we aim to work with like-minded breeders to keep improving the standard of the miniature pig in the UK. We can honestly say you will find some of the smallest pigs in the UK here and can be confident in buying from a genuine, trusted breeder.
We do not approve of inbreeding, underfeeding to keep pigs small, breeding from unhealthy pigs/those with undesirable temperaments or claiming an immature pig has finished growing to allude to smaller adult size.
